These terms govern your use of ozysigns.com.au and any purchase of products or services from Ozy Signs ("we", "us", "our").
Products and custom quotes
Standard products can be ordered directly online. Custom signage — including shopfront signs, illuminated signs and installation work — is quoted individually: a written quote we provide forms part of your agreement with us, including specifications, lead times and any deposit required.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is required before production begins unless we agree otherwise in writing. For custom work, a deposit (typically 50%) may be required to commence production, with the balance due prior to delivery or installation.
Lead times and delivery
Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and may vary with artwork approval, materials and workload. Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery.
Artwork and design ownership
Artwork you supply remains yours. Design work we create for your project is licensed to you for the agreed signage use; we retain ownership of underlying design files and may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Installation
Where installation is included, you must provide safe site access at the agreed time and accurate information about the installation surface and site conditions. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen site requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the goods or services or the cost of resupply. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
